Hugo

Story: Hugo is a sweet three-year-old who’s spent his time at the rescue with his dad, who recently left for a home trial. Now, for the first time, he’s waiting on his own for someone to choose him. Though a little shy with new faces, his gentle, loving nature quickly comes through. Once he trusts you, he soaks up affection, enjoys plenty of fuss, and never says no to a tasty treat. Hugo is still learning to walk on a lead and wear a harness, but he’s making great progress every day with patience and encouragement. He’d do best in a calm, relaxed home with a secure garden where he can explore, bask in the sunshine, and then curl up in his favorite spot—snuggled up with his family.
