Jardel

Story: Jardel is 14 years old and has been in the shelter for over a decade. He arrived as a young, strong, and energetic pup with a bit of a grumpy streak, but over the years he’s turned into a sweet old gentleman who loves walks, parties, and human company. As the oldest dog in the shelter, he has witnessed countless events and seen many friends come and go. Despite our promise to find him a family, we haven’t been able to keep it yet, though we still believe in miracles. Jardel is gentle, affectionate, and gets along wonderfully with both dogs people. He dreams of a cozy bed, lots of love, and still enjoys short strolls, though at a slower pace. Found abandoned at around six months old, he was briefly adopted but returned soon after, and has called the shelter home ever since. This lovable boy has been at the shelter since 2015 and hopes to find his forever home before time runs out.
