Anna

Story: After giving birth to a litter of seven puppies, Anna was rescued along with her mother, Annabel, and her sister, Mammy, who was also full-term with her own litter. Being feral, caring for them was a challenge, as keeping them fed and medicated took great effort. In time, all of Anna’s and Mammy’s puppies found loving homes. The three adult dogs were sterilized, but sadly, Mammy passed away soon after, likely due to her age. Anna eventually settled near the CDH property, close enough for mutual sight but keeping her distance. After years of patience, she now happily shares a kennel with Albert and has been at the shelter since 2016.
