Eloy was found wandering the streets in Portugal, with a chip but no owner who wanted him anymore.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Because the shelter was full, he had to survive outside for a long time until he eventually found a place in the Portuguese shelter.<\/div>\n
There he showed what a sweet and friendly dog he is.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Fortunately, a forever-host-family came forward who was more than happy to give Eloy a comfortable old age in the Netherlands.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
In September 2025, he made the trip of a lifetime to the Netherlands, and by now the old guy has completely settled in with his new family.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
He gets along very well with the other two house dogs and is sometimes still a bit mischievous in his old age! He quickly learned, for example, that there's always something tasty to be found on the countertop\u2026<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
He enjoys his daily little walks, gets a bit of buttermilk as a treat after his kibble, and has a warm bed, love & attention at his disposal for the rest of his life.<\/div>\n
Good old Eloy can get used to the good life in the Netherlands!<\/div>\n
